"The room was wonderful the Pavillion upgraded us to a suite and it was glorious! We also enjoyed a meal in their restaurant, and it was lovely and even won a Hawke cup cooler! Many thanks to staff.

"The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was great but definitely on the more expensive side.
The only thing I will say is as we were staying 2 nights we did ask the housekeeping person outside our room when we were leaving for the day to make up our room.
She replaced towels, however our sheets had coffee on them. The bed didn't get fresh sheets. She also never replaced tissues or a toilet roll.
Should we travel to Canberra again I would still stay here."
