Chemical burns from hot tub
I stayed in this hotel for the purpose of using the water park. The rooms are very disappointing and outdated. They seem dirty because everything is so old. The first night I went in the outdoor hot tub and there was a chemical imbalance. My blue bathing suit turned to a nude color and I got chlorine burns on my skin. I had to go to the dermatologist to get a special lotion to help my skin heal. The hotel is totally unsympathetic and claims the chemicals were fine. My bathing suit had been used in pools a hot tubs previously without an issue. It is clear that the hot tub had too much chlorine and my dermatologist agreed. The hotel will not compensate for the lotion or destroyed bathing suit. It ruined the trip as this happened on the first night so I never actually made it to the water park. Horrible client service. I would not recommend this hotel at all as they do not take these matters seriously which is very unsafe. I included a picture of the ruined bathing suit. The color was previously the blue color you see on the inside of the strap.
