"The hotel is a self check in. Check in process was a bit confusing when we arrived at 3 pm with car. The hotel parking under the building was not accessible and there was no clear parking signs. The bed was extra firm so if you are a side sleeper I would not recommend it. The hotel is accross from the train station but the room was well isolated. Easily accessible by train. "Although the location is utilitarian, it's a nice property with, when it's open, a fine restaurant. Rooms are excellent and the whole place is spotless. Unfortunately, it's a little characterless and has extremely limited F&B service outside "standard" hours. Arriving at 10pm on Sunday, there was nothing available to eat or drink. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it was far too hot"

"We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake. "

"Our stay here was exceptional! The staff were all courteous, thoughtful and helpful. On our first night we needed a crib for our toddler so they immediately brought one up, put brand new sheets on it and gave my daughter a rubber ducky. This is only one example of the extraordinary service we received. Our room was nice and clean and the view was beautiful.
