Great cabin for families
We rented a 4 person cabin and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it included 2 separate small bedrooms plus a common area, which provided the privacy that our family needed. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and it was well stocked with towels, blankets, and toilet paper. The service was excellent as the manager checked in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We stayed in the winter and I was glad that our cabin was heated. The cabin would be great for a family in the summer as there is an outdoor swimming pool, tether ball, tire swing, picnic tables and a barbecue. There is also a stream (Barton River) behind the swimming pool that would be fun for kids to play in on a hot day.

Its a great little cabin for a couple or solo traveler. It had a couple small kitchen applianes such as a toaster over, microwave, hot plate, toaster and dishware. It however had no pots or pans so bring them if you wish to use hot plate to cook. The only thing that wasnt favorable was how cold the floor and bathroom got due to the not well insultated flooring, once i cranked the heat in the main room and left the bathroom door open, a little while later it was warm enough to shower.

This is a fantastic place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Great for dogs. There’s a lovely small river flowing by. The cabins are cute and quaint. Very clean, and I was stoked it had a toaster oven and hot plate. The bed was comfy and the check in was super easy. If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed one night, just a stop over in our travel plans, and loved the quaintness of the cabin. It was a perfect one room knotty pine cabin which contained everything you need, i.r. coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate, hairdryer. Well appointed someone put a lot of thought, time anad effort into this oasis. It was December so i cannot speak to outside activities but it snowed about 5". The cabin was toasty warm and picturesque... right out of a movie. We'd definitely stay again.
