From the time I checked in (late in the evening) until the moment I checked out the Hay - my experience was excellent. I was greeted in English ( I do not speak Turkish) and made to feel very welcome. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and the location could not have been better. I walked out the door and down the most lively avenue full of shopping and restaurants and it was all so lovely - a fantastic location. For three days I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the Hay staff. Highly recommend!

Large modern rooms with comfortable beds, ideally located at the end of Alsancak's main street and close to bars and restaurants. Excellent diverse breakfast. Cheap car parks closeby.
