Horrible!
The food was awful, staff was not welcoming I will never stay in the hotel again. They refused to give me my money back for a night that I didn’t even stay in the hotel I checked out early. Hotels.com had no issues refunding me and the hotel did. I spent hundreds of dollars at the hotel, never coming back.

Big hotel with excellent services
Big hotel with excellent organization and service. Rooms are classic, beds comfortable. Cleaning of room - very efficient on our floor - never disturbed but always did an excellent job. Staff was generally very polite and professional at this hotel. Breakfast was very good. Area is by the sea with many restaurants. One disadvantage, I would mention the construction of the building - there are no opening windows not balconies, not that this is can be changed by management. But all the rest, was super, for which we thank you very much.

The air-conditioning did not worked in the entire time. The service by the pool area was poor.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at while vacationing in Turkey. The upgraded our room to Oceanview at no charge, spa, pool, Jacuzzi, gym available at no extra charge. Excellent staff, would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable hotel in Izmir
This is a great hotel, but the access to the site can be a bit slow because of heavy traffic. Their restaurant on the 19th floor is excellent!

First class service with friendly staff, all have comprehensive knowledge of English and felt very welcome. The room service is excellent and the valet parking a treat!!!
