Property is very classy and restaurants are excellent however the staff needs more training. Very snobby! I had to wait 20 mins for someone to take our drink order at the rooftop while others were walking in after us and getting attentin. Concierge had to finish conversation with co worker before helping us with no one else in the line. Pastry shop had stale pastry. Tried it twice and when i complained the girl avoided taking our order the 2nd time. Really! Train your people to keep up with your brand.
