Very good hotel

Friendly and very helpful reception staffs, room is clean, we are very happy with our stay.

Hotel is okay but the room was extra small, I asked for a baby crib before I come and when I came they said they'll bring it, I even double checked and they said it will be there soon, when I came back at night they said all cribs are occupied despite the fact I've asked them numerous times and they didn't even bothered to do it, also after paying for the room, they asked me that they needed a deposit and can not wait an hour so I had to do a long trip to the ATM to withdraw money and give it to them, I've been to even more expensive hotels and none asked me for this, the location is good though and it's clean.

There are curtains to block daylight, which should make the room dark. However, the little air-conditioner switch (with the green little light on to show it is functioning) lights the entire room with sufficient brightness to see a needle in the night. Despite this, I am entirely satisfied with the hotel, the environment, staff services and food.

although it was a pleasant experience staying in Radisson Izmir, the guys in the reception asked us every single day ' are you guys checking out?' even if we were not in the day that we leaving and also we paid for extra 2 days more. It was quite disturbing, you should follow the checking-out days by looking at the computer not by asking the customers, and we knew that we are not staying in your place forever. Moreover, they were asleep in the morning and they did not answer the phone when we call them and we had some problems while he tried to understand the online payment. They could be more professional. Waitstaff was quite nice and helpful on the other hand. Room were comfortable and cleaning was great.

Great hotel, I dropped something on the floor and had to look under my bed. Not a good place to look filthy with dust papers and old tablets. Your rooms need a deep clean as breathing that at night is not good for you.

Clean, in the centre. Newly refurbished hotel . I like the room and bathroom.will book again.

What is striking is the way the reception was treated by the staff, especially someone who did not annoy his name, who served us in the event of arrival, so the breakfast staff, especially (Genk) and the girl was ( sinyr )
