Room service was excellent. Front desk has been awfully consistent especially with the two female agents. Food was great and priced okay Security agents were great The noise can be really bad on the hallway carried to the room - it gets annoying in early morning and at night while one is trying to asleep or resting, and it’s ongoing. Location and neighborhood are great

The residence is located in a very good neighborhood, and has a 24/7 security guard at the entrance. The property has a restaurant for guests and meals are not included with your reservation. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. WiFi, hot water and mini fridge are available for guests.

Female staff were super nice and friendly. It’s a place you can consider staying for a few days if you are very tight on budget. However, I did not like the fact that there was no refund for me when i decided to check out one day earlier than I had originally planned.

There was a bit of confusion with the rooms on arrival but it was sorted by the next day. I'm sure this isn't the best hotel in Abidjan but it does a job. Would consider staying here again.

Every time I go there, there are issues with the check in and the reservation process. The hotel accepts bookings via expedia but they are not aligned: the room I book online is never available and this costs painstaking negotiations with the staff.

Make sure your reservation is firmly confirmed. Standard rooms are best. Staff was helpful but spoke little English. Kitchen staff laudery ladies were superb. Recommend RBP as low cos alternative to Hotel
