Brilliant staff, very very helpful and understanding. Plenty of helpful pointers for the town and places to eat at and sights to see. Quiet sleeping rooms, lovely breakfasts and always fresh cold water to drink. Comfy beds nice showers and we booked an extra night which was at a discounted rate. Excellent for visiting the city centre with most walks around 10 to 15 minutes. Really nice place.

High quality Ibis, reasonably priced

This was one of the best Ibis hotels we stayed at. It's a basic formula and you know what you're getting - but this property was well located in Salamanca, staff were helpful (we checked in at 3am due to flight delays in Madrid), breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice and it was extremely reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are 10/10 excellent for friendliness and just helped one woman and a dog so much. The location is perfect, right next to a glorious park, super dog friendly and at dusk the bird song is incredible as starlings roost in the trees by the hotel- amazing. I am back here on return journey
