Bed comfortable, room not big but big enough. Pub attached doesn't do breakfast a the weekend but we were given an excellent recommendation nearby. Excellent location near Merrion Park and, as we were going to the rugby, the right side of town for the ground.

Great place to stay
Very comfy room. Clean and quiet. About a 10 min walk into Dublin’s Grafton st. No breakfast available but there are loads of nice cafes nearby so not a problem. Definitely a good place to stay.

Wonderful staff, clean room, nice pub
I’d definitely stay again if I visit Dublin. Everything you need for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. The only negative was that the WiFi in the room was a bit spotty.

We were here over the New Year's holiday. If you are looking for clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, accommodating staff in a convenient but quiet location, then this is the place for you. The rooms are not fancy but they are comfortable and quiet. From the bartender to the owners, and even the regulars at the pub, everyone made us feel welcome. The food and drink are solid - honestly, why waste your time at a crowded joint in the busier districts? Enjoy your time at Oil Can Harry's instead! You will get a feel for what Dublin is like even without stepping out the door. If you do step out, stroll down the street to Merrion Square, or go the other way to walk along the Grand Canal. The main tourist areas are within walking distance, but if you need to get a taxi, the staff will help you and have one waiting at the door. Stay here and enjoy what Dublin is really about.
