Extremely rude armature and zero concern for the customer. They claimed they do not do business with Orbitz and rejected my prepaid reservation even after I showed them my confirmation. They made me pay and now working on refund from Orbitz. Rooms small and not clear. It's not a good deal as the whole thing is very armature careless.
