Really a lowlight of Brighton…
Really poor stay…while the hotel is no doubt historic the vibe isn’t. Horrifically load poor quality music played while people sit around drinking ftt try on plastic cups. Used to live next door to the hotel years ago and it was a classy place….sadly not anymore!

The property is tired, but i guess this is reflected in the price. The furniture is good and the facilities at ground floor plesant, but the building fabric and decor needs somecattention. If you are not looking for the Ritz, it offers an ok place to rest your head.
