Steps away from the train station
The perfect location steps away from the train station. The room was clean, hot shower, and perfect for a solo traveler. My only issue is the older gentleman working the front desk wasn’t very pleasant. On my first day, as I was heading out I stopped by the desk and he was having an argument with someone on the phone. He looked up and rudely asked me what I wanted and I asked if they had an iron. He mumbled something in German and went back to his call. The next day unfortunately he was there again and I asked for an iron and he (once again) was rude. He said he gave me one the day before and I corrected him and said that since he was in a bad mood, I left without getting one. I understand that people have bad days and you can’t always be in a great mood, but when you work in hospitality, you should fake it better.

Hotel was clean and well kept, location was perfect for transport and for the city centre location, surprisingly quiet for a hotel next to a train station except the first night when there was a man shouting in a microphone from 6am, only criticism was my girlfriend thought the room was cold at all times
