Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !

Comfortable service between floors & receptions. Walks around the Mevlana surround the Park. Bench each long streets. Need to all refurbished service as applied.

Very dirty, bad smell, there was mold everywhere. The walls were covered with wallpaper to hide the poor condition of the structure, but you could still see the mold and above all smell the excessively bad smell

Manager didn’t care, rolled eyes when asked for anything… no air conditioner control had to ask for it and sounded like freight train. Fridge couldn’t be plugged in, no power point… half a roll of loo paper, no bath mat or hand towel… bedding and room smelled like stale cigarettes… breakfast offering pathetic, no serviettes…

The hotel is soooo dirty, there is no room service at all, no cabinet or kettle or even plastic cups in the room… no water bottle. The fridge is not working, so is the telephone. There is only one electric switch in a room that must accommodate two persons!!! Dust and dirt are covering everything, the bathroom is disgusting…The room was really stinking, the smell is horrible, I asked them to change bedsheets and the coverlet, they didn’t respond immediately, they claimed they don’t have another key for the room.. unbelievable!!! This hotel should be removed from any rating list. I don’t recommend anyone to go there, the only good thing about it is its central location.. By the way, the breakfast is sooo poor.. moreover I have seem in my own eyes how cockroaches are roaming over the dish washing machine.. Hotels.com should never recommend such a place to anyone, they need to clean their place first before receiving any guest.

Konya Meydan'da konaklama
Acil konaklama ihtiyacımı hızlı bir şekilde karşılaması ve Konya Meydanı'na yürüme mesafesinde olması açısından memnun kaldığım bir yerdi. Lokasyonu gerçekten çok avantajlı. Ancak genel olarak binanın biraz daha bakımlı ve temiz olmasını beklerdim. Örneğin, odada el havlusu bulunmuyordu, yerde bir kilim olabilirdi ve terliklerin de sunulması hoş olurdu. Ayrıca bir seccade de düşünülse çok daha güzel olurdu. Bunlara rağmen, zaruri ihtiyaçlarımı karşılayan bir yer olduğu için tekrar tercih edebilirim. Çalışanların yardımseverliği de memnuniyetimi artırdı. Küçük iyileştirmelerle çok daha keyifli bir konaklama imkânı sunabilirler.
