warmest feeling one can experience
Regardless of how many stars one assigns to this establishment, one point stands out and that single point is enough to make me return to this hotel whenever i am in this area. That is, attitude and service. I have not seen such kindness and warmth in years of travel, emotions that make you feel that you are coming home. Every one on the staff is like so, from the moment that the gentleman by the door, who welcomes you warmly even before you turn the corner of the street that leads to the hotel, to the driver/coordinator on the shuttle bus, who treat you as if you are a family member leaving for a long journey. These are not isolated impressions, and i can go on and on. When i happened to mention my thoughts to the manager, he was modest and declined any credit - which is obvious to anyone with any operational experience. This is a very well managed hotel indeed.
Granted the furnishing may not be the most luxurious and the locale is more ethnic than western, but if you are looking for a home away from home in the chuansha area, this is the place.
