The air conditioning did now work, had to sleep in 60 degree temperatures for two nights. Little to no help from the front desk staff. Offered a space heater which did not help at all.

Convenient location, but overall just OK
We booked a family room for our 3-day stay in NYC. The first room we were given in the penthouse was extremely noisy. Apparently some machine was directly on the roof on top and it caused all the noise. The second room we were given had a broken heater, so we were cold the entire time. There are no extras, no mini-bar, tea kettle, nothing.
