This hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and food options. The staff has been extremely friendly. The rooms are HUGH. And great HOT water pressure. The pool is small, but the entire area feels very comfortable with a good amount of shade to combat the afternoon sun.

Staffs are very professional and friendly. Property location is centrally located which allows walking activities or even taking public transportations. The best is a visitor information center just around the corner and plenty of restaurants around.

Great place…except for the breakfasts. They ran out of food a lot, did not replace cooked items. Coffee was cold. Did not vary the menu at all.Breads not that fresh. Hotel bar and restaurant not welcoming. They also charged for bottles of water in the room! This seemed very petty. Room good, pool always empty and large enough to swim in. Good location. If you don’t need food ideal.

Staff was very helpful my daughter left her rings in the bathroom when she used it in the morning and they were at the front desk in the evening. Very clean facility. Very central location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and money exchange. Side note: money exchange rate is higher on the street than the hotel.

The hotel way way better than i expected. From the moment i arrived at 2am, till leaving at 5am, 8 days later, the service, helpfulness was 10/10. Even in the breakfast room they were very helpful. When my cases decided to travel independently, they were there to help. I will definitely be staying there again

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good restaurant and room service. But for me, the problem was noise. One side of the hotel is next to bars and discos and the music seeps into the rooms. The other side is next to one of the main streets in Miraflores jammed with honking traffic.
