This was, without a doubt, the most miserable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was absurdly small — I felt like I was locked in a closet with barely any breathing room. False advertising at its finest. The bathroom shower is literally about two feet from the bed, making the space feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. Privacy? Forget about it.
The nightmare only got worse. The bed was rock-hard and impossible to sleep on, so after one sleepless night, we decided we couldn’t stay here another second and planned to leave early. But the icing on the cake? The next morning, when I tried to shower, the bathroom was so tiny that water flooded out and soaked the area next to the bed, including my computer backpack. All of my belongings inside were drenched.
I tried contacting Hotels.com for help, and they just bounced the issue to the hotel, which then passed the blame right back to Hotels.com. At the end of it all, I was stuck with a room I couldn’t use, no refund, and had to spend double to book another hotel last-minute.
Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the utter disappointment. This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid this hotel at ALL costs!
