Great stay at an even better rate.
Although the robot at the front desk couldn't help me, the staff arrived promptly to complete my booking so it was not a problem. The small room had everything I needed especially since I was traveling alone. With plenty of USB ports for charging as well as outlets I was able to keep all my devices as well as spare batteries fully charged. The surrounding area has some nice scenery and isn't full of tourists which I enjoyed. There is also a trolley and train station a 4 minute walk from the hotel so you'll be in a great location to explore the site. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around too and some that are open late night. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Henn Na Hotel and would recommend this location to others.

Great value hotel in a very good area of Tokyo
We stayed here for five days and really enjoyed out experience. The robot front desk staff are a unique experience, but we especially loved the cute little robot sitting on the desk that you can chat with even if your Japanese is fairly rudimentary like ours was. If you have any issues with checking in, there is a human staff member always available through the phone at reception. And in general, the staff at the hotel are lovely and very helpful. The rooms themselves are small, but very well kept and with all the standard Japanese technology. We liked the area too as there are lots of coffee and food options. Attached to the hotel is an Indian restaurant that is actually quite good; I would know since I am originally from India! They have breakfast and lunch buffet options, that are discounted if you select those options when booking a stay at the hotel.
