My only suggestion is that the rooms have more lighting. It was very dark and shadowy even with all the lights on. Other than that small quibble, the evening wine hour, breakfast, and amazingly wonderful hotel and restaurant staff were the best!

Room was sufficient 6th floor up but the lift was just outside the room. Breakfast was nice plenty choice. The hotel has a few drink freebie times. Very central to everything. Was perfect for our week stay. We got the train to Sweden no problem. Public transport excellent. Would definitely go back

Stand outs: Helpful friendly staff - definitely a cut above. Breakfast - lots of choice and healthy 'homemade' goodies with option to sit inside or outside. Rooftop bar - a great place to watch the Tivoli Gardens fireworks on a Saturday night. Wine hour and nightcap hour were very popular too! If you're staying when the weather is hot, you might want to avoid the rooms with a view of the street as keeping the windows open might not suit unless you're a heavy sleeper (there's no air con).

Great hotel in a central location, easy to get around. Didn’t hear any noise even though it’s on a main road. Bubbles with breakfast is always a winner. Good choice of food on offer. Just make sure you let reception know what time you’ll be eating the previous evening as it does get busy at breakfast time and you could end up having to wait 15/20mins. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be booking again next year.
