The place is outdated ! The owner/operator was very friendly and helpful ! The location was perfect to walk to the falls :)

The hotel is old and not kept up. The man at the front desk was very friendly, seems he had to do everything hisself. I never saw anyone else working there. We stayed three nights, room was never serviced but if we asked for towels, coffee etc. he promptly got them for us.

Great location to the Falls and local eateries. The Inn is extremely outdated. The staff was very friendly, informative, and respondent quickly when I couldn't find room key. I would stay here again.

Checkin is easy at Passport Inn and quick. The location is good, easy to walk down all attractions near by. Able to do street parking because parking inside the hotel is very limited. The room is clean and comfortable for the short stay.
