I have paid for King bed, but I end up getting only two single beds, they did even have the courtesy to inform, reception just gave it without any sorry. Shameless people. The bathroom is nasty, breakfast is not hot, Water clog in the breakfast basin.Overall the hotel is a mess. Avoid this place. Lastly, do not go by their photo which is fake.

This is absolutely not a four star hotel. The bedsheets were old and yellow and had holes in them. The mattress was like sleeping in a hammock, and the outlets next to the bed didn’t work. I would put this hotel in the 2 star category. Won’t stay here again.

ONLY if you’re looking to stay near Bglr Airport!!
If you’re looking at something closer to Bglr airport and don’t wanna shell out 10k a night at Taj (next to the airport); this hotel promptly provides you that. But the problem is that it provides only that!! Promoximity from the airport; that’s the only positive. Let me tell you the negatives: - AC doesn’t work properly - Hot water in the bathroom is only available in the morning; if you’re in the mood to take a relaxing evening shower after a long day of work, you’re in for a cold shower - The rooms are very basic with hardy any accompaniments - Room service i.e. quality of food is really bad Check-in check-out were smooth, no real problems there. Breakfast spread was narrow but whatever was there tasted nice. Will think twice before booking this place again.

May be the day I check in wasnt a good day I think.....there where construction going on outside my room I guess....also the reception couldnt tell me properly that Airport Shuttle is FREE and ask me to PAY! Need a proper training to see what guests are entitled.....overall its ok and it was just a stopover stay.....hope things are good now

Very convenient and closer to the airport. I liked the location and it wasn't noisy. I could rest well. Restaurant was open most of the time. I enjoyed the food. On the first day, there was a slight delay in the restaurant to serve food as I arrived after 2.30pm. Restaurant staff was courteous. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay and dine. I will stay at this place if I visit Bangalore.
