Las habitaciones están muy bien pero el personal n
Llegamos al hotel con nuestra reserva de tres días y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno,con lo cual tuvimos que buscarnos para esa noche otro hotel porque el personal estuvo dos horas y no nos busco nada porque eran unos incompetentes.

굳이 여길
일단 객실이 3개인데 바로 맞은편에 현지분이 사십니다 콘크리트 벽에 문이 없고 그냥 바닥에서 매트리스 깔고 자는데 그래서 숙소에서 지내기가 편하지는 않았습니다 청소도 해달라고 말해야 해주고 청소시에 수건도 갖다놓지 않고 달라고 말한적도 몇번 됩니다 티비는 7박8일동안 계속 고장나 있었고 에어컨은 잘 나옵니다 세면대에 수도꼭지가 고장나 물이 졸졸 새는데도 고쳐지지 않았고요 샤워하다 물이 끊길번한 적도 있고.. 조식은 푸짐하게 나오는데 먹고 설사했습니다 물갈이를 한것 같아요 길리 사시는 분이 여기 자전거 렌탈이 공짜라고 해서 탔고 탈때도 얼마라는 소리가 없었는데 체크아웃할때 돈내라고 하더군요 하루에 60k 씩 달라고 하더군요 섬이라 열악한건 이해하지만 비슷한 돈이라도 괜찮을데 많을겁니다

DONT STAY HERE
This hotel cancelled the day of arrival. The island was 90% booked out. I had paid £140 for a 4 night stay but all they told me was to cancel on hotels.com. If I cancelled online I wouldn't receive a refund so I spent 4 days going back and forth trying to get my money back. I had to visit the hotel itself to do this because no one would answer there phone. The reception was useless and didn't help at all.

Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer
Die Villa Kayla liegt ziemlich mittig auf Gili Trawangan, sodass man vom Anlegeplatz noch einige Meter laufen muss. Ich empfehle einen Taxi-Service zu nehmen, da die Straßen nicht die besten sind. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut und zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Bei der Gastgeberin selbst konnten wir unsere Wäsche gegen eine Gebühr waschen lassen, was uns sehr zuvorkam, da wir keine Wäscherei suchen mussten. Es war ziemlich ruhig, was mir sehr gefallen hat.

Very comfortable, needed to rent a bicycle it's location approx 1km from Main Street.. nothing else there.. There is no generator and experienced 1 night with no power. Basic breakfast and day of departure left without as there was no staff to cook.. just being honest

When the manager was there she was helpful. Breakfast order needs to be placed 8:30 am, then manager goes to a resaurant and brings it back... so you need at least an hour. Location terrible yard is dirty, but room was very good. Choice of dvds in english, no tv in english.

Exceptional find - great room with amenities
Fantastic stay at Villa Kayla. Great service and friendly staff. Place had everything we needed and more; incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillows, tv and DVD player (and HDMI if you have something to plug in), fast wifi, great breakfast and laundry service on site. Very clean bathroom and good powerful shower with amenities included. Even a free water cooler in room and minibar at same price as supermarket. Cannot fault the room. Had a fantastic stay!
