The property is well situated for the theme park and it is also easy to walk to the beach. Parking was no trouble too. It feels like there are too many visitors staying in the hotel for the number of staff and the facilities offered and both at the theme park and in the hotel, the few staff are completely overwhelmed and not trained in crowd management. It was a holiday of queuing and queuing and queuing surrounded by hot tired people in shabby surroundings. Certainly not 4 stars in my opinion and never to be repeated

Everything was perfect except the fact that on the check in and check out days there were only 1-2 people manning the reception. This has resulted in 30-40mins wait on check in and check out days. Also, people were just cutting the queue for simple questions or problems about their room but staff didn’t seem to be too bothered which made the wait even longer. Nonetheless, really good food, extremely friendly staff and really good proximity to the park. Can’t go wrong with that! Also you get free park entry on all days you are day - even on your check out day!!

Stayed at the hotel previously when all inclusive, rang hotel who advised I could upgrade on arrival to all inc as recently had hotel cancelled but then wouldn’t let me upgrade upon arrival! Although other pre arranged were allowed. We did enjoy our break away and made the most of the hotel/weather
