Overall, I had a satisfying experience, with just one minor issue. Despite booking a room for three people, we were provided only two pillows. When I requested an extra one, I was surprised to hear they were out of stock for the night. Consequently, I had to use a rolled-up towel as a makeshift pillow for two nights.
Upon double-checking our reservation, it was indeed made for three people without any mistake. As we anticipated having the corresponding number of pillows, I believe my request was a rightful demand. (Please contact me if there is any misunderstandings on my side, and if you can provide persuasive evidence, I will remove this comment. Moreover, I won't hesitate to rebook at your hotel when I revisit Fukuoka next time.)
