Overall this is our 2nd time staying here and it was good, the first time we came during covid so it was empty, this time it was St payy weekend and it was packed, the stay was good, everything was clean, the only thing i would say is that the lack of customer service kills me, a young woman in the front, extremely short no customer service and that to me is a big NO, you have the entire staff extremely friendly helpful, and this young woman which i was i would had grabbed her name so she can be reminded what manners are.

Really great stay
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The first time we came to Boston we stayed a little further out. Staying here felt like we were a little bit out, but still in the thick of it still close to coffee, shops, and restaurants which was really really nice. you are just a short drive from anywhere. breakfast was very nice to have as an option as it was free but you also have Tatte around the corner.. yum! We were a little nervous because it was so industrial around the hotel that we weren’t going to find places to walk our dogs, but ended up being very nice block to walk around
