Excellent experience! People are so nice and helpful!

I think some of the receptionists English language, knowledge of the various restaurants recommendation and warm attitude in helping to the guests can be improved. Another thing, instead of knocking the door to clean the room while we are still sleeping is kind of bothering to guests. I suggest like in other hotels the management could use a card that can be hung on the room door ( please do not disturb / please clean the room). I booked two rooms with 8 nights for each room ( 23-31 Dec 2019)

Great, best location I could imagine
Location is great if you are coming from Narita airport, reach Tokyo station than 5 minutes walk and you are in hotel. Also Ginza line station is 3 minutes walk from hotel. Staff was kind and helpfull, room large enough for 2 persons, clean, bath is great. All in all grrat value if you compare to other hotels. The only "problem" was that there is no trash can in front of hotel for smokers. Hotel has smoking room, but some prefer to smoke on open air instead of small smelly space.

New Hotel at a perfect location.
new hotel. Location is great. walking distance to ginza street and tokyo station. Ginza line 2 minutes away. Did not take breakfast although it seemed OK when i checked it (many many places to grab something around the hotel). Area is great. will come again They clearly ask for extra money if you want a later checkout (later than 11:00am)

Dusty if allergic be ware.
Relatively quick check in. 23 Sq m room is good size for 3 large luggages and 3 people. Larger than Japan average and large bathrooms. Plenty of room to maneuver instead of squeezing by each other. Amenities have English translations like the toilet and air conditioner. Rooms had upholstery /carpeting and dusty so those with allergies beware. Did not smell any smoke in the building. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Closest elevator to nearest train station Kyobashi was at entrance 8 in the building. Google map search chou tourist information and its there as well as a Lawson underground. *subway underground elevator is to the right of the ticket machines. Tokyo station is a short walk ground level. Could not find any elevator from the underground shopping arcade. One English language Channel CNN. As with similar japan hotels water temperature doesn't stay constant. Stayed 4 nights and never passed the lobby as on 2nd floor. 2 water bottles daily. Good free wifi. Breakfast was 2200 yen but there are a number of options around. Gourmet supermarket close by. Reasonable hotel option but beware during rainy season and if you have lots to carry or small children of proximity to main Tokyo station.
