The worst hotel to stay in Egypt, starting with checking in which took about an hour and half, then during your waiting time everyone including hotel staff are smoking at the lobby. after check-in I waited over an hour for my luggages and I had to go to carry it by myself as they did not have a bellman to do it. Smoking at the restaurant during the breakfast is allowed which make our breakfast a horrible experience. Security check at the entrance gate is like you are entering a military base. Bathroom smells awful and my wife has to ask the house keeping girl for disinfectant and floor cleaner and we clean the bathroom ourselves. The play very loud music at the swimming pool all day so forget it to have any rest. The laundry machine out of service and when I was told by the laundry man it will be repaired within a month. After all I have to check out at 11:30pm after I was treated disrespectfully by some ignorant security guard who insisted on not allowing me to take water, juice and chocolate I purchased from the supermarket with me to my room. Finally I discovered that this hotel does not follow the rules and regulations of the ministry of tourism in Egypt like other hotels as it is fully owned, ruled and managed by the army, so my advise stay away and do not wast your money to stay in a boot camp
