Great location!! Loved that must-see attractions/sights are walking distance, blocks away to be exact. This totally makes up for the small and somewhat noisy rooms. The staff were great and helpful. I'd see stay here again, great price and location.

Worst beds ever
The hotel is well located. The rooms look modern, but have the hardest beds in the world. Very uncomfortable. The first night they gave me a room with no windows, and 2 double beds when I booked for a queen room. They switched me after I complained, but the bed was still hard as a rock. I stayed for four nights and it was the most uncomfortable sleep I have had in 60 plus countries and thousands of hotel beds.

PERFECT location near the Zócalo, just a block or 2 away, and removed enough to be out of most of the noise and constant activity of the Zócalo.
A few times you could hear the shower drain making noise but I just closed the bathroom door, no problem.
Very nice facilities, a smaller quaint and very safe hotel with a great staff. They were all very welcoming and kind to me, I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Puebla!

Nice place. Not quite the location I had hoped for
Hotel not exactly on the Zocolo Like they try to make out in the pictures. Towels were frayed and seemed a little dirty. Other than that it was a nice place.
