We have stayed at the Hotel San Carlos many times over the last 15 years and will continue to do so. It is convenient, pristine, with great service. They offer excellent service to and from the airport, provided arrangements are made in advance. The rooms vary in size but all are comfortable. The restaurant offers (usually) a buffet breakfast; when it doesn't, one can order from the menu.

Besutiful hotel! We didnt get the room we had reserved originally to fit a family of 5 due to maintenance issues so they gave us 2 rooms, but they were perfectly located right in front of each other. The entire hotel and rooms were very clean. It could use some fresh paint but other than that it met our needs and more. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. They answered all our questions even before we arrived. We felt very safe especially with the security gate and security man located at the entrance. It was located close to a great steak house called Estancia that everyone recommended. It was just 5 min walking distance from the hotel. We had breakfast the next day and the service was great and food was hot and delicious ! We were very happy with our stay!
