Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. The beddings are comfortable. What makes São Bento special are its people such as Antonio Luiz, Valeria, and Isabel. Valeria checked us in; and ensured she atteneded to our requests. Isabel still remembered us from our last year's visit to the hotel. Antonio Luiz went the extra mile in helping us with our transportation to the airport and breakfast.

Great Place To Stay
The place is in the center of everything in the City of Belo Horizonte, the Mercado Central, Mercado Novo, Supermercado, Shopping Center and restaurants are all with walking distance. The deluxe Rom is a good size room and has; air conditioning, refrigerator, desk, large Beth room and great shower. The breakfast is very good and if one likes eggs it is jest letting them know and they will boil some eggs for you.

O quarto era simples e não tinha ar condicionado. O chuveiro era o mais básico possível. Minhas coisas ficaram com um cheiro muito estranho de cinzeiro (eu não fumo). Não tenho o que reclamar do pessoal da recepção, no geral.

Em momento algum fui informado pelo tipo de quarto Quarto não tem ar-condicionado, hoje em dia não é mais luxo e sim item padrão. Quando entrei no quarto tinha o aparelho de ar-condicionado e fui informado que somente quartos de luxo estava disponível Café da manhã muito simples, não tendo sequer um suco de laranja natural, estando em minas o básico seria ter alguns produtos regionais, falta de ovo mexido.

Dicas de um gestor hoteleiro
Excelente. Os quartos confortáveis e limpos. As camarareiras nota 10. O cafe da manhã não tem defeito e simplesmente maravilhoso. As meninas da recepção e os recepcionistas de noteite sao os melhores. As meninas da manhã também educadas. Agora vou dar algumas sugestões: A portaria deve ter um portão automático na entrada, pois aguardar a responder o questionário e o recepcionista abrir a porta vc já morreu. A onde tem o quarto 108 perto da recepção poderia ser transformado num mini auditorio. O Hotel poderia servir das 18h as 22 horas um pequeno lanche para os hospedes de cortesia ou um caldo a noite.
