Tokyo round 2
Check in was quick. Area was clean and bunks had good ventilation and lighting. Would prefer hooks in he lockers and shower area to hang items. staff helped me translate phrases as my phone had broken and helped me find nearby cellphone repair and sales stores.

A great find
Great hostel -- so glad I found it. Clean with an awesome staff who were so helpful! If you want to hang out in the Asakusa area, then this hostel should be your top choice!

Roof top view is awesome!
A bit distance from the subway station but since it locates in residential area of Tokyo, it is nice to see the local area. 2 minutes walk to 108 shop, very nice indeed! Room was clean and well-arranged. You have your own locker which is suits the 25 inch-luggage! (Not sure about 28 inches though). Shower rooms are on 1st floor but still comfortable. And the roof top view is magic!!

Description is not matched!!!!!!
First of all, i want to say that i booked to an Hostel. I booked the family room for me and friends’ in trip in tokyo. Upon booking, we always check if we are getting private bathroom. We checked the family room under this hostel and said it has a private bathroom thats why we booked it. When we arrived to our room, we checked the bathroom and the room doesnt have any. We are really disappointed on what we ended up. We did not try to open it to the reception because we know it will cause something and might ruin our vacation. We ended up using the shared bathroom because we don’t have any choice. To the owner and hotels.com - we are really disappointed with this. I hope the hostel owner or hotels.com will fixed the description about this. This is really disappointment. We really love our trip in japan but it was kinda ruined because of what we experienced in this hostel. We are just really concern for the future bookings knowing that the said room has a private bathroom. We hope it will get fixed ASAP or somebody’s vacation might ruin because of this false advertisement.

I enjoyed my stay at thjs Hostel. It was an easy walk from metro stations: Asakusa and Honji-Azumabashi. The women's dorm was on a completely separate floor and the washrooms were very clean.

Great Hostel!
The hostel is well designed, clean, and in a sleepy but great location outside of Asakusa. The staff were friendly and accomadating. I will happily stay here again. Unfortunately the roof top does close earlier than I would have liked (9pm) in accomodation of neighbors in close proximity.

Good hostel
It was good, front desk staff were great and very accommodating. I’m presonally not really into hostels though, I’m a little sleeper and found that difficult

Overall a brilliant hostel
The roof terrace is amazing, closes at 9pm though. Loved the feel of the whole place though. Could be slightly cleaner and always prefer not to out the bedding sheets on myself. But overall it's brilliant.

My favourite!
I had a great service, bery helpful. Located in my favourite neighbourhood, Asakusa has many small stores and restaurants. Close to Sumida river and temples. The hostel was my first and favourite of the six hostels I went to during my stay in Japan. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The common area is cozy, there also is the a rooftop with a nice view. The only cons would be that the lockers are very noisy and near the beds. Overall, super place to stay!
