Tenby trip
I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
I asked about the scaffolding being put up at the hotel and whether it would be covering the window in my room. They found out that it would and offered me a room on the other side of the hotel.
I also questioned about the heating which they think maybe the builders knocked something but were glad that I let them know.
The hotel is a bit tired but it is comfortable and in a great location on the cliff top. It is being gradually refurbished and will be fabulous once complete
Great breakfast..comfortable room and bed ,
beautiful view from sea front room ,can hear the sea ..room was warm which is good as November..dated bathroom ..slow shower but not a problem for our stay as was a great price ...

Faint glimpses of grander times
It is a lovely period hotel that is in much need of repair and investment. It is very dated and looks derelict in places although it does seem there are some works undergoing on one wing. Staff however are very warm and friendly and the location is out of this world, reminder of times when this was a place to be and a real high end hang out for locals and tourists alike.

The location is really nice it’s a shame the hotel is falling apart. The rooms are old and battered, TV didn’t work, no heating, shower leaks onto the floor and woodlice in the room. Not what was advertised whatsoever
