The staff-all of them-were just wonderful and patient. Our cell 'phones didn't work and they helped us with everything. They are located just far enough way from things that it is wonderfully quiet and green-however, a person needs a cell 'phone to call taxis to ge back to the property. they helped us cancel a really bad tour company called Amigotour and set us up with an excellent and lower priced individual tour with a guide named Oscar. We really loved the place and the people here.

Fair 4.0
From the photo's the place looks amazing. Once you get into the property it appears they spent a lot of money to make it look great. What the forgot was to hire an engineer to make sure things works. Serious problems ahead. No Air in the rooms and no windows. yeah, it looks pretty to have patio doors that open, who want to sleep in stifling heat or with the doors wide open. Let build the restaurant on the second floor, accessible by a metal staircase that like walking on glass when it rains. Put in a secure front gate that is guarded by a person who speaks no english or spanish, has an intercom system that looks older than hotel and no clear idea how you talk to the person. Leaving you wondering if you will ever get inside, or yelling at the person wondering if at 10 PM they wont bother to open the gate. Over the course of three night we had several issues and such a negaitve experence on our last night we didn't feel safe leaving again think he would not allows us back in. Some other minor issues, cause of the size the front desk is rarely manned. The bathrooms are small, with questionable hot water, the free breakfest is coffe, tea, dry bread and some ceral. Along a with a simple menu if you want to pay. All in all, I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.unless you taking photos.

Good 6.0
Great stay but the fees
Would have been 5 star but parking is more expensive than the quoted on $10USD, it is actually $250MXN and there was nothing noting an extra person fee of $1,400MXN on the hotel website or on When checking in, the associate should mention all applicable fees.
