The door need to have battery covers. The sheet looked like they were washed but had stains. Location is excellent. The staff was helpful and nice.

Hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Na porta do banheiro, nem maçaneta não tinha. Recepcao te entrega a toalha no check in. Juro que nunca vi isso. O funcionário da recepção super simpático e atencioso ajudou a amenizar a impressão do que um dia foi o Hotel Urupema nos dias de glória.

Hotel entrega apenas o necessário. Nada surpreende ou diferente em comparação a outros. Talvez um cuidado maior com a preservação da estrutura visual do hotel e quartos, juntamente a uma maior variedade de itens na mesa do café da manhã, façam dele uma excelente opção de estadia na cidade.

Experiência nada agradável, não sabia que o apartamento era tão velho assim, chuveiro não parava de pingar, a cama de molas estouradas uma das molas atravessou o colchão e acertou minhas costas, tinha restos de uma torneira no banheiro, precisa de reforma urgente, não recomendo.

O hotel Urupema sempre foi um dos mais tradicionais da cidade. Me decepcionei muito com o estado de conservação em geral. Móveis velhos, colchões em péssima condição, tudo muito mal conservado. Precisamos de cobertores e não tinham extra, nos deram forros de cama. O lençol da cama de casal era de solteiro e não cobria a cama toda, deixando o colchão, velho e manchado à mostra. Foi colocado na transversal, para quem deitar, não perceber inicialmente. De fato só percebi quando meu pé sentiu a aspereza do colchão. Café da manhã nota 5, mas dentre as outras tristezas, o café da manhã até que estava razoável. Muito triste com o estado de conservação do hotel. Melhor fechar do que atender os hóspedes nessas condições.
