Magical place in the mountains
Magical place! Amazing staff and the food was impecable. We love the holistic preservation of the mountains surrounded by herbs and botanical garden alongside the rosds between the houses and villas. The villa with the pool is worth every penny if you want to have some privacy without having to share space with others in the common pool area, which is also a great place to relax in!

We recently stayed at Vivood Hotel in Benimantell, Alicante, for our best friends' wedding, and I am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had. Vivood is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The villa we were upgraded to was out of this world, significantly enhancing our overall experience. The accommodations were spectacular, combining comfort and elegance in the most delightful way. We were particularly impressed by the incredible staff and their outstanding service. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our stay truly special. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the meticulous care provided throughout our visit, was handled with impeccable precision. Thank you for making our friends' wedding and our stay at Vivood Hotel so memorable. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. We look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel in the future and will certainly recommend Vivood to our friends and family.

The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.
