Hotel Civis Luz was a perfect place to stay. Excellent room with great views, easy location to drive to upon arrival and walkable to everything in the city. We loved it!

Really nice hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. Very close to the city centre as well. Staff is really polite, but I asked for the laundry service at the reception and for some reason the clothes I had were not collected from my room. Also had some issues with the shower. Water was either too cold or too hot. Something wrong with the water heater I would imagine...

Great 4* hotel. Spacious room. Fridge didn't work, but was replaced. Cleaning could have been better. Twice I asked for ice bucket, but received none. Still, nicest hotel in the area and we enjoyed our room!
