None of the lights or plugs was working in the room, the room had roaches told owner he said I could get my money back or get another room & gave me neither! Bad service it is not good to stay there

When we arrived for check in at 3 pm, no one was at the reception desk. We called the number provided in the hotel signage and waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. Rooms were okay but the wear and tear was very apparent. . Later in the night there was some physical altercation nearby our room resulting in one guest having blood all over his face. Police arrived at the scene to arrest the culprit I would not recommend this hotel to any decent individual.

Bad experience
This is the worst place to stay. Floors are dirty, blanket on bed bas hair, shower is broken, roach running around, toilet base is rusty and counter tops are super dirty. Stay away. Front desk does not open until 9am so if you check out before 9am, you need to call back.

Had a kitchenette in the room, but nothing in it, all had to be purchased or rented. The refrigerator was large which was good. The bathroom was great, and the main room very comfortable. Staff were very nice.

The hotel I would NOT recommend the room smelt of cigarette smoke made me feel sick. Not one coat hanger, The side of the sink the edging was hanging off. The WiFi did not work . Could not wind the blind up as string snapped some time ago

As soon as you walk in there was a strong smell of weed. I ignored that since I planned to stay only for 1 night. Once I got to my room and turned on the light I saw little roches all over. They were in the bathroom, in the toilet, on the walls, around the bed, all over. I picked my bags up and left the room. Went to the front desk and the night clerk said he was sorry and would refund me. I'll wait to see if it shows up in the 7-10 days.

Several fittings need repairs. Bathroom door handle was taped up. The elevator was not working for most of the day causing us to climb up and down four stairs with our special needs son. The location is close to shopping, restaurants etc. the room was spacious There is a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator.
