Clean, basic room with decent breakfast at a good price. We did have a sewage smell in the bathroom until we poured water in the shower drain. The only toiletries were all-in-one body wash. Stay on top floor if you don't want to hear people walking on hard flooring. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would stay here again.
