Disappointed!
I emailed ahead for an early check-in and was willing to pay a supplement. I never received a return email. Upon arrival, we were treated rudely and told early check-in was not possible. Couldn't they have communicated that in an email. Also, our bathtub was not cleaned in the morning (we used) and towels were taken away and not replaced. The bathroom was small and the shower was terrible. It had no pressure and was located over the toilet! Further, the location was not convenient to town!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. There was a strike happening during our stay but you really couldn't tell, other than the restaurant being closed. We still had breakfast and a clean room. The only issue I had was the construction noise. Our room was right next to the construction happening, like right out the window. It was really loud and I have a hard time sleeping as it is so the first night, after being so exhausted, I didn't know when they would be starting and I was woken up at 6am. I was able to get ear plugs from the front desk but this isn't ideal but allowed me to get sleep. even during the day it was really loud. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel was amazing, great location with excellent views if the ocean and mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made sine great reccomenndstuons of places to eat and things to do in the city. Overall, perfect couples trip. I would stay here again

Clean and spacious hotel
It’s a nice hotel. We got a 1 bedroom and the room was huge. Very clean and the staff was very nice. It had snowed out a few days earlier and the parking lot was not plowed so dragging our bags across the snow was a pain. Other then that it all was great
