6/10 Good

It wasn’t that it was dirty dirty it’s more that a tin of paint wouldn’t go a miss here and there. And the outside needs a trim here and there such as the large trees near to the building. A couple of the members of the evening staff seemed to want to be elsewhere, however the lady at breakfast was bubbly and very helpful.

Good place to stay
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pub is lovely with lots of different areas to sit. The room had everything we needed, the bed was large and comfortable, there was a bath and shower, somewhere to hang our clothes and a tv. The car park is very big.

2/10 Poor

The room was hot and you could not open the windows, not that you would want to touch them. The windows which had secondary glazing was full of dead insects. The windows were rotting and looked like they would fall apart. The noise outside was very loud and you could not sleep. The staff were friendly although the bar could not cater for either of our drinks. The breakfast staff were very welcoming. We only stayed one night out of our two as we were really not happy. I have pictures if you would like to see.

Frendky chevk in and out. Attentive and helpful manager. Good car park and room had all needed amenities. Bathroom was quite scruffy. Restaurant service was slow. Breakfast had several of missing things like teacups and butter

The staff were very good ,they looked after us in the best possible way. The hotel was very clean and the beds were excellent. The evening meal was a bit pricey but was well cooked .the breakfast was excellent well worth the money it made up for the evening meal. In all i would have to give the staff 10 out of 10, the hotel i would give 10 out of 10. I would stay there again.
