It was OK nothing to write home about! I think it was a little over priced for what your getting.Breakfast was not what I was expecting, as I am not really a cereal or sweet person.

The best host.
Alberto was such s gracious host. I would certainly return. He gave us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go in the city. The area itself is a little far from the main area but very easy to access by tram. It was a lovely neighbourhood. Our room was small but big enough for 2 girls.

Great stay in Amsterdam with Alberto!!
From the moment you enter Alberto's apartment you're greeted with a cup of tea and a genuine smile. Alberto's apartment is full of interesting trinkets and art pieces. The man himself is a warm and welcoming individual who goes out of his way to help you in any situation you may find yourself in in Amsterdam. We will miss the great breakfast spread and Alberto's amazing sweet and savoury pancakes! The location of his apartment is near pubs, transport and has a great view of the park opposite. The lovely cats Moira and Lina will be missed as they were great companionship during morning tea. Thanks again Alberto and Ilario for a wonderful stay in Amsterdam! We'll definitely be back!!

Cozy room and very helpful host! He even prepared breakfast the first morning I arrived. Nice breakfast including homemade pancakes. You can't lock your own room, but there are only two rooms in the hotel.. There are two cats, they are cute and seem clean, but like to visit the guest's rooms.
