Foi boa a estadia, ja fiquei outras vezes, o hotel é limpo, seguro, o ponto negativo é a falta de internet, não pegava do 17 andar !

Hotel limpo, funcionários atenciosos, mas algumas coisas estava sucateadas. No quarto em que fiquei a luzes de cabeceiras das duas camas não funcionavam. O secador estava quebrado, mas foi prontamente trocado por um novo. Na última noite o controle do ar condicionado parou de funcionar e não conseguimos dormir. Não conseguimos falar com a recepção. E se for para lazer, melhor não ficar de domingo para segunda, pois enche de sacoleiros que sem nenhum respeito falam alto, gargalham, sobem e descem sem parar e usam os corredores do hotel para embalar suas compras.

Em questão de localização, este hotel é perfeito!! Sair pra compras e voltar pra deixar as sacolas, pra não ficar andando com peso. Se for essa finalidade, é ótimo. Agora se está a passeio, não recomendo. As camas são bem desconfortáveis, café da manhã básico, sem muitas opções. Quarto pequeno, E o chuveiro é muito bom!

Check in rápido e nos permitiram entrar inclusive mais cedo do que o horário previsto. Os atendentes simpáticos e educados. No apartamento as camas e colchões horríveis. Precisam ser trocados urgentemente. Pedimos troca de colchões ou apartamento nos enrolaram não foi ninguém verificar o ocorrido e não nos trocaram de apartamento.
