The staff was wonderful - helpful and happy doing so. The food was SO good. The location is great - less than 5 min walk to Grand Central. The shower was glorious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room is small but I think what is expected in NY. The room was clean except for some out of the way spots that I would never have seen if I had not dropped an earring. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

The small fridge is great to keep food from spoiling and fresh including water. The lobby area has a nice layout and view. It location is prime real estate. I enjoy the variety of TV'S in the lobby. good price for a double bed in the time we went. I don’t think they vacuum the rugs but every time after going out the bed is always remade and the garbages are emptied. There is no microwave in the room only in the hotel lobby. I rate the cleanliness a 8.5/10. There is a $75 a night charge and then $30 for amenities which is taken out of your deposit which is honestly pretty high but. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall 8/10 not many complaints.
