We had to wait for at least 20 minutes after 4pm to get in the room. We smelled strong smoke/cigarette in the room. The door lock required extra efforts to lock! We then had two people came in upon request. One suggested that if we didn't like it, the hotel was fully booked and they could refund us and we could seek services somewhere else! The staff said it with a smile on her face! At 5pm Saturday! The overall experience was really not good!

This property has everything you can ask for for an overnight stay. Check in was fast and easy and the front desk person was super helpful and easy going. Room was large by most standards and most importantly very clean. Price included breakfast, but by the time we got there at 8 am hot items were gone. I went and asked at the front desk and they brought out some more. Did I mention the hotel and room was clean? I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area and would recommend it as well.

The main entrance is dangerous because you must come to a full stop on the main road to make the tight corner. A sign some distance before the turn off would be helpful. It is safer to drive in from the side street. At check-in, there were many plastic barriers and tables between us and the staff, more than in a usual hotel. The staff had given our room to someone else by mistake, but both we and the other person were OK with the swap. We got a room with a jacuzzi but did not use it. The room was good, quite spacious, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough. Did not try the free breakfast because it was still only to go (water, apple, and banana) and only available between 6-9 a.m. Since these are just packaged items, it might be nice to extend hours that they are available. We appreciated the free coffee 24*7 in the breakfast area! If you prefer milk in your coffee, you can buy it from the gas station across the road. One problem: I took a coffee cup from the breakfast area. I put the cup in my car cupholder and then picked it up. The lid came off, spilling the contents over my leg. Fortunately, the coffee was cold, otherwise it would have caused a burn. The hotel should supply cups with tight-fitting lids before someone gets burned. I used the website to tell the hotel about this, but no response.

We should know or should be informed there were no cleaning service everyday due to covid. We did not have clean towel or shampoo, soap till we requested. Also, we did not know what time breakfast area was open, Friday morning we were told it opens till 9:30, and then next day went to there before 9:30, was told till 9:00. We missed breakfast either.. Maybe due to COVID, no informations booklet were in our room. Room was very specious though. We did extended our stay one day longer, called them one month earlier prior to our trip there, but receptionist did not know it and she was quite rude on that day we checked in.
