The room was an updated one. It was nice having the wood floors instead of carpet. It was nice that they offered a refrigerator however a microwave would have been nice. And especially cuz it was advertised with one and there wasn't one. Overall the 3/5 there were a few hairs in the shower and one of the towels had a lot of stains on it and I'm assuming that was an accident it got put in the room. I would stay again if need be.

Completely unacceptable! The bedding and comforter were dirty and covered in stains. We reserved a non-smoking room but ended up in a smoking one instead. Additionally, the lights were malfunctioning, and the curtains were barely attached to the rod, appearing as if they had been torn down previously.

We pre booked a room, we checked in and was given the key to our room. Walked in and the room was not cleaned from previous guest. Went to the front office and he gave us keys to a new room. Went to the new room and it was dirty as well from previous guest. Went down a 3rd time and finally got a semi clean room.

The absolutely unsanitary place EVER. There was a used syringe left in the room. The curtains looked like bullet holes that went through them and electrical tape used to patch them. Roaches the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking. They smelled like smoke and burn holes from a cigarette on the comforters.

First I had a reservation. I told them would be about 10:30 when I would arrive. When I got there it was a very easy check in process. Room was clean. Parking great. My only complaint would be bo coffee in room and the fridge smelled.

They DO NOT WASH the sheets! Burn holes all in the sheets and when I went to take the sheets off a lighter fell out which tells me they never changed the sheets they just put the same ones back on! Come on! Ratchet as hell. Do NOT waste your money here. Crack heads hanging around the whole building. Everything was falling apart in the room like the dressers and tables. Waste of time had to drive the rest the way to our destination with NO SLEEP and TWO babies
