It's the worse hotel to stay in! When I checked I have to wait for 1 1/2 hours to check in as I was told the hotel was facing high occupancy. The staff at the reception did not even apologize. The neighbors next door were playing loud music in the middle of the night until my colleague was not able to sleep. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuching.

The room and toilet is good but a bit dirty when arrived. Also the soap and shampoo not restock. The food is good but dont have many choices.
