First meal in the property, I ordered a burger and got food poisoning ( although the hotel waived the burger cost after I reported them my health condition) The hotel is in the middle of no where and take at least an hour no matter where you want to go. Reception Staff can barely communicate. One of the nights, I asked for fork and a spoon over the phone. Called them 3 times and repeated my requested, however, no one showed up. They organise some sort of catering in the morning, which overcrowds the dining area, makes it noisy and its just not what you expect in a Resort Hotel. Overall, my stay was regrettable.
