8/10 Very good

All the staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is well located with the subway just meters away and Penn and Grand central station just a few blocks away.

6/10 Good

We were there for 5 nights and every night there was either a private function in the bar which is adjacent or it was closed for some other spurious reason so don't expect to relax in your own hotel bar. Staff were great though and location convenient

10/10 Exceptional

I loved staying at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Midtown Park Ave it was walking distance to everything. I was mainly worried about the parking cause we had a Ford Transit and I have to say the front desk was super helpful in with the parking. Parking was very close by and secured. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I totally recommend staying here. My next trip to New York this will be the place I’ll be staying at again.
